Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping to the 48 contiguous states on orders over $75. All orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $5.75, except large and/or heavy items which will be charged per item. Customer will be notified of shipping cost before shipping.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days, via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS. All of these options take an additional 1-3 business days to arrive at your door.
Whenever possible, we re-use shipping materials, including boxes and packaging materials.
PAYMENTS
Store coupons, gift certificates and store credit cannot be used to purchase items on the website. These forms of payment are only redeemable for in-store purchases. Customer loyalty points do not accumulate with online purchases.
We accept online payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Products may be exchanged or returned within 15 days upon receipt of your order.
Requests for a return/exchange must be emailed to sales@chameleonblue.com within 15 days upon receipt of the order.
Please include your name, order number, item description and reason for return in the email. Once we receive your request, authorization of the return and return shipping instructions will be emailed to you.
Returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached. Cost of return is the customer's responsibility.
Any request received after the 15 day period may be rejected.
Once we receive your return, refunds or replacement orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
If you receive something which is damaged or may have been received in error, we will provide return shipping.
The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Face masks
- Grocery items
- Discounted and sale items
